- Country: Optionally selected by you
- Profile Bio: Optionally added by you
- Messages: Text messages sent in chat rooms or private chats
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device ID: Android ID used to identify your device (no account/email required)
- FCM Token: Firebase Cloud Messaging token for push notifications
- IP Address: Logged by our server for security purposes
- Usage Data: App activity like rooms joined, calls made (for moderation)
1.3 Voice & Audio
When you join a voice chat room or make a private voice call, your microphone is used. Audio is transmitted in real-time via Agora RTC and is not recorded or stored by us unless stated otherwise.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve Love Echo Lounge services
- To enable real-time voice and text communication between users
- To send push notifications (friend requests, messages, calls, admin announcements)
- To maintain account security, enforce Community Guidelines, and investigate abuse
- To process in-app purchases and manage your Points balance
- To show relevant in-app advertisements
- To compile anonymized analytics and improve app performance
3. Chat Room Moderation
Chat rooms and private messages may be reviewed by our moderation team to enforce Safety Standards. Text messages are stored to allow moderation and appeals. Voice rooms may be monitored by administrators. By using Love Echo Lounge, you consent to this moderation.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Agora Inc. – Real-time voice/video infrastructure
- Google Firebase – Push notifications via FCM
- Google AdMob / AppLovin / StartApp – Advertising (anonymized device identifiers)
- Google Play Billing – In-app purchases
- Law Enforcement – When required by applicable law
5. Points & In-App Purchases
Points are virtual currency used within Love Echo Lounge. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded except as required by applicable law. Purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to their payment terms.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Text messages may be retained for up to 90 days for moderation purposes after account deletion.
7. Children's Privacy
Love Echo Lounge is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, database security, and access controls. No system is completely secure.
9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy laws.
10. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for friend requests, messages, calls, and admin announcements. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
11. Advertising
Love Echo Lounge may display advertisements. Ad partners may collect anonymized device identifiers to show relevant ads. Opt out via your device's advertising settings (Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
